Alternatively please call us on the number above and we can deal with your quotation straight away. We are able to provide all aspects of traffic management with fully trained Lantra operatives. Our niche market is traffic light hire along pedestrian crossing systems.
We are also able to provide a hire only option where the equipment is set up and collected from your site.
You will be responsible for maintenance of the site and any damage to the hired equipment. We can recommend temporary insurance cover if required to protect you against loss or damage.
Terms
Compliance
All works and design will be in accordance with Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8 2009, Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002, Traffic Management Act 2004, New Roads and Streetworks Act 1991, and Highways Act 1980 except where there are design variations which will be agreed with the client.
Bank/Public Holidays
All prices are subject to double the normal rate for works starting, ending or on bank/public holidays.
Cancellation fees
Works cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled work = 50% of value; within 24 hours of scheduled work = 100% of value.
Scope
Estimate is based upon supplied information and maybe subject to remeasurement. Quotation may vary due to restrictions imposed by various highway bodies, including the emergency services. Possession of the carriageway cannot be guaranteed and works may be cancelled or delayed at short notice due to reasons beyond our control and works may be cancelled by us on the grounds of safety. You will still be liable for our costs. No liability is accepted for any consequential loss above the value of the works on any given occasion. The company shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether direct or consequential arising out of or in connection with any goods or services supplied. Every endeavour will be made to carry out the work at the times desired, but the company shall not be liable for any delay howsoever occasioned and this notwithstanding that a definite date for completion may be specified.
Note:
Unless full time attendance of our operatives is requested for the duration the traffic management is on site, all traffic management plant and equipment losses will be subject to their full replacement cost plus any ongoing hire charges until the equipment is replaced.
Payment: Unless an arrangement is made in advance the payment will be due before the works commences. All accounts must be paid within 30 days of the works.
